The ecopop website which is located at the domain www.ecopop.com (the "ecopop Website") is operated and controlled by ecopop ("ecopop") in the United States. ecopop takes your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information we collect when you visit the ecopop Website and/or register yourself.

1. Types of Information We Collect:
We collect the information you submit to the ecopop Website during your use or when you register on the ecopop Website. Examples include the following:
REGISTRATION: When you register to use the ecopop Website, we may collect various kinds of contact information about you including your name, zip code, email address and birth date. By registering with the ecopop Website, you give consent for us to communicate with you at any of the contact points you provide to us.
COMPANY DIRECTORY: Submissions and/or searching of the Company Directory requires visitors to register on the ecopop Website. This registration process includes submission of various types of data including, but not limited to, name, address, email address, age, zip code, marital status and household income.
SUBMISSIONS/MEMBER SERVICE: ecopop will occasionally post surveys, polls, sweepstakes and/or contests on the ecopop Website. These may ask visitors/site members for contact information (email and name) and/or other information such as zip code, age and/or income level. Contact information is never shared with our partners unless we are co-sponsoring a contest or sweepstakes or for notification purposes only. ecopop may send offers from our partners to those visitors/site members who have not opted out of receiving such offers. ecopop also uses contact information to send users information about our company and promotional material from some of our partners. Users may opt-out of receiving mailings by following the instructions found within the email communication. See also "Choice/Opt-Out below.
2. Use of Cookies:
Like many websites, the ecopop Website uses "cookies" or other similar technologies to collect aggregate and anonymous data. A cookie is a small data file that writes to your hard drive for record keeping purposes when you visit the ecopop Website. Cookies allow the ecopop Website to measure traffic activity on the ecopop Website. Personal Information

Aggregate Information
Aggregate and anonymous data is information that is not personally identifiable, such as [annual income, purchasing preferences, age, marital status], also known as demographic and profile data. Submission of demographic and profile data on the ecopop Website is optional. Although this information may be collected and combined with other users/visitors/registered members use of the ecopop Website, none of your specific personal information is included in the resulting data. The ecopop Website also collects aggregate and anonymous data such as IP address, profile information, and Web browser type, from users/visitors/registered members to the ecopop Website. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web. We may also share information about you with others, such as advertisers interested in advertising with the ecopop Website, in aggregate, anonymous form only, which means that the information we provide to these third parties will not contain any personally identifiable information about you or any other person.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data:

5. Third-Party Advertising and Links to Other Sites:
The ecopop Website may include third-party advertising. These third parties' websites and advertisers, or the Internet advertising companies that work on their behalf, may use technology to send the advertisements that appear on the ecopop Website directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use cookies, Javascript, Pixel Tags and other technologies to deliver advertisements, collect information about the effectiveness of their advertisements, and to collect anonymous information about your visits to the ecopop Website, such as the number of times you have viewed an advertisement (but not your name, address, or other personal data). You are entirely responsible for each individual item ("Item") of User-Generated Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the ecopop Website. You acknowledge that the ecopop Website does not pre-screen or approve User-Generated Content, but that ecopop shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any User-Generated Content that is available via the ecopop Website for violating the letter or spirit of ecopop's Terms of Use or for any other reason or no reason.
7. Choice/Opt-Out
If we ever send you information by email concerning new products or services that you did not expressly request, we will provide you with an e-mail address by which you may request no future notices.

8. Children and Privacy:
USE OF THE ECOPOP WEBSITE BY ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.
The ecopop Website is not intended to be used by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly, directly or passively, collect information from children under the age of 13. At various places on the ecopop Website, we may ask users for their age. By using the ecopop Website or any of its services you agree to respond truthfully and accurately about your age.
