The result was more than 3,500 signs distributed throughout 28 countries, a comprehensive website with over 700 photographs, 15 national PSAs, a traveling photo exhibition, worldwide media coverage in over 50 publications, and the 2004 Dove Award–the highest accord for socially responsible advertising from the Advertising Community Together (ACT).

Circulated into the economy and consciousness of those who might give a dollar here and there to panhandlers when they could give them so much more: the respect and dignity of learning their name.
